MEET CHEF JENNIFER PARKER

Chef Jennifer Parker is a Palm Beach–based private chef, nutritionist, and entrepreneur, and the founder of Evolved Catering & Events. She specializes in luxury private dining and catering experiences that combine elevated culinary execution with a focus on wellness, nutrition, and sustainability.

With a background spanning both culinary arts and food systems, Jennifer brings a distinctive, nutrition-forward approach to modern entertaining. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Policy from City, University of London and is a certified clinical nutritionist through The Health Sciences Academy. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how food supports both individual well-being and the broader systems that shape how we eat.

Jennifer is known for creating highly curated dining experiences for private clients, events, and high-end gatherings throughout Palm Beach and South Florida. Her client work has included serving high-profile individuals such as Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York; Tony Robbins; and Jack Nicklaus, as well as participating in elite events including The Masters Tournament in Augusta.

Her approach emphasizes thoughtful sourcing, balanced menus, and seamless execution—allowing hosts to be fully present while delivering memorable, restaurant-quality experiences in their own homes.

In addition to her private client work, Jennifer has contributed to academic research on food sustainability, including co-authoring work on the environmental, social, and market sustainability of food systems. This foundation informs her ability to bridge the gap between indulgence and intention in luxury dining.

Her work has been recognized in regional publications and industry features highlighting leading private chefs and culinary professionals in Palm Beach.
